Our Italian black Nappa leather is known for its soft, supple feel and durability. As a full-grain leather left in its natural state without coating, it’s a low maintenance material, but periodically, we’d recommend rehydrating the leather with a Nappa cream.
How To Care
Step One
To maintain their shine, lightly dampen a microfibre cloth with water and gently wipe away any dirt or dust from the surface.
Step Two
We recommend using a black coloured balm to preserve the rich black colour of your footwear.
Step Three
Allow for the balm to dry completely before use, to ensure the leather is completely rehydrated and the surface does not crack.
What to Avoid
Do not use coloured creams, they’ll stain or darken the natural tones of the shoes.
Do not scrub or soak. It’s full-grain, not full-proof.
Do not leave in the direct sunlight or stored in plastic. Natural leather likes airflow and dry, cool places.
