Miista Miles
Last week we were in Australia to stride feet first into its wellness culture, the Miista Way, of course.
We do love a gathering. We often host them at our stores in Barcelona, Paris, London and New York, which we see as our corner of the world, our physical commitment to the alternative.
But, being the curious, adventurous types, we’re always up for visiting your corners of the world too.
We had high expectations for our first Miista Miles, a 3.2 km fashion fun run, in heels, from the Opera House to breakfast on 17 Oxford Street Paddington. It was an opportunity to step out of our usual comfort zone, and put our heels, with their ultra-cushioned memory insoles, to the test.
The run was inspired by the idea that

Besides that, we love running precisely because of that sense of freedom it gives us, as well as the mood-lifting dopamine hit it always delivers, especially first thing in the morning. What better way to connect with some like-minded women and catch up
with some of the Aussie Miista Crowd?
So, we pulled on our platforms, buckled up our sculptural heels, zipped up our long, fitted boots, and took to the streets at a leisurely social pace.
And to refuel at the finish, a friend of the brand @elenti__, too turned function into ART.
ART-MEETS-PROTEIN
Where art-met-protein, a refuel station welcomed the runners a table filled of protein packed bites, but not in your typical forms.
