    Gift Card

    You can use your Miista gift card online at Miista.com or in one of our four stores on any item, including full price or sale. Your Miista gift card can only be used in the original currency it was purchased in.

    It is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which it will expire and any remaining balance will be void. For further information about our gift card T&Cs please visit our FAQs page.

    All the virtual gift cards purchased via our online store are not marked as fulfilled.

    Select the amount you’d like to give, then click on the complete button and fill in the form to give us your name and the name, email address, and birthday (optional) of the person you’re sending the gift card to, plus you can include a personal message. We will then send an email to the recipient which contains a link to their gift card code and balance.

    Delivery times vary depending on selected option in checkout and the destination of delivery.

    Europe:
    Standard Shipping is Free (3 - 5 working days)
    Express Shipping is €15 (1 - 3 working days)

    UK:
    Standard Shipping is Free (3 - 5 working days)
    Express Shipping is £15 (1 - 3 working days)

    USA and Canada:
    Express Shipping is Free (2 - 4 working days)

    International Standard Shipping (including Asia & Rest of World):
    €30 on all orders below €300 (4 - 6 working days)
    Free shipping on all orders over €300 (4 - 6 working days)
