Yulia SkirtWhite Silk Cotton Blend

Yulia is a balloon skirt, constructed in an intentionally wrinkled white silk-cotton blend. Designed to be multi-length, it has two internal pull-tie strings with which to adjust the front of the skirt. The volume is created by sewing the hem of the skirt to the internal lining to create a gathered effect and this sits in contrast to the fitted high-waisted panel that drops low onto the hips. The final layer is a wraparound sash that can be fashioned into a flower or decorative knot to complete the look.
