As sandals go, Ren is a strong one. Inspired by steel-capped workboots, her sharp-cornered rubber toe-caps extend far beyond the welt of the outsole for an assertive statement finish. The ultra-thin curved heel stands in opposition to this angularity, sitting just below her contrast rear loop, added for easy entry. Ren's straps are formed from black patent leather with contrast white rubberised edging, and she has a vegetable tan cow leather insole – complete with a rubber toe and heel cap to protect her leather sole.
