Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments from Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Maestro Cards) and PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna*.
*Klarna is only available when shopping in euro in the following countries: France, the Netherlands, Austria, Finland, Germany and Belgium.
Orders placed with Klarna can only be returned for refund. If the order is returned in full, your Klarna invoice will be cancelled, and any funds paid towards the invoice will be refunded. If you have made a partial return, a new updated invoice will be sent to you by email by Klarna. If you wish to exchange for a new size, item, or color, please return your current item(s) for refund and place a new order for the new item(s) with your preferred payment method.
Can I order over the phone?
No. All the orders must be placed via the Miista website. Should you face any issues, please contact us on email@example.com. Our team will promptly assist you and guide you through the ordering process.
Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?
If you do wish to modify or cancel your order, please call us by phone during standard bussiness hours. Cancellations can only be processed over the phone.
What is your returns policy?
Miista allows the return of full priced goods within 14 days from the day you received your parcel. All items bought during sales or promotions (including outlet) can be exchanged for another item or online credit within 14 days but not refunded. Online credit cannot be exchanged for cash refund at any point. For further information, please visit our Returns page.

Where can I receive my order?
We deliver worldwide and to your preferred address.
Please note that if you reside in the Russian Federation or Ukraine, due to the current international scenario, some orders may be impossible to deliver in due time. We recommend getting in touch with us prior to placing your order and in all cases, you must provide a business address as our preferred courier company will not deliver unless this occurs.
When can I expect my order?
All orders take 1-2 working days to be processed at our warehouse before being sent out.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link for you to follow the progress of your shipment.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.
Delivery times depend on the destination:
Delivery within the UK takes 2 to 3 working days.
EU, US and International deliveries take 3 to 5 working days.
During busy sales periods deliveries may take up to 6 working days longer than usual.

Do I have to pay any taxes and duties due to Brexit?
We cover taxes and duties for the following countries:
UK, EU and Canada: all fees covered.
US: Fees covered on all the orders below $800.
Rest of the world: local fees for duties apply.
How do I track my order?

Have you received my return?
Please allow us up to 14 days upon receipt of your parcel to complete the process.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed. Your refund will consist of the amount you have paid excluding the shipping fee. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment as when the purchase was made. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care.
Depending on your bank provider, please allow up to 10 business days to see the funds available in your account.
What happens if you don’t receive my return?
You are responsible for your return until the parcel reaches our warehouse, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.
